AIHubMix Terms of Use

Last Updated: June 30, 2026 IMPORTANT NOTICE: These Terms of Use apply to the AIHubMix website located at https://aihubmix.com/, all related sites linked to https://aihubmix.com/ by AIHubMix, LLC (address: Delaware, USA) and its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, “we,” “us,” or “our”), and the platforms we operate, including the AIHubMix Web Platform and the AIHubMix API (collectively, “AIHubMix” or the “AIHubMix Platform”). The AIHubMix Platform is owned by us. Please read these Terms of Use carefully, as they affect your legal rights and obligations, including provisions that disclaim or limit our liability, exclude or limit your rights, and govern jurisdiction and dispute resolution. If you have any questions about these Terms of Use, please contact us at feedback@aihubmix.com. If you do not agree to any of the terms below, you must stop using the AIHubMix Platform. Your continued use of the AIHubMix Platform constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of these Terms of Use in their entirety. 1. Acceptance of These Terms 1.1. These Terms of Use form a legally binding agreement between you and us regarding your access to and use of the AIHubMix Platform. 1.2. When you use a specific service on the AIHubMix Platform, that service may be subject to additional terms, separate agreements, and related policies. We may make these additional terms available through the AIHubMix Platform, by email, or through other reasonable means. Once published or otherwise made available, those additional terms, separate agreements, and business rules form part of these Terms of Use, and you must comply with them. Your acceptance of any such additional terms, business rules, or separate agreements constitutes your acceptance of these Terms of Use. If any provision of the additional terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. 1.3. We may update these Terms of Use from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business practices, or applicable laws and regulations. Any revised Terms of Use will be posted on the AIHubMix Platform. If you do not agree to the revised Terms of Use, you must stop accessing and using the AIHubMix Platform. Your continued access to or use of the AIHubMix Platform after the revised Terms of Use are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms of Use. 1.4. You may enter into an order form or other separate agreement with us for certain services. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between these Terms of Use and an order form or other separate agreement, the terms of that order form or separate agreement will control with respect to the relevant services. 1.5. We may provide translations of these Terms of Use for convenience. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and any translated version, the English version will control. 2. Services We Provide 2.1. AI Model API Gateway. We provide an API gateway that enables users to access supported AI models through a standardized interface (the “Service”). The Service may support models offered by third-party providers, including Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek, Qwen, Llama, and others. AIHubMix provides individual developers and enterprise customers with one-stop access to AI models based on a unified API standard. AIHubMix services are deployed in clusters on Google Cloud in the United States. The availability of specific models, features, technical configurations, deployment locations, and service details may change from time to time and will be subject to the services we provide at the relevant time. For clarity, the Service may enable you to access or use third-party large language models, plugins, application programming interfaces, and other products or services, whether integrated into the Service by us or accessed using credentials that you provide through a bring-your-own-key (“BYOK”) feature (collectively, “Third-Party Services”). You acknowledge and agree that Third-Party Services are provided and operated by their respective third-party providers; your use of Third-Party Services is subject to the applicable provider’s terms of service, acceptable use policies, privacy policies, and other terms; and, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for the availability, performance, content, outputs, or other acts or omissions of any Third-Party Service or provider. Unless expressly stated otherwise, we have no obligation to pre-screen, monitor, review, or edit any content or outputs provided or generated by Third-Party Services. 2.2. API Gateway Service. This includes services provided through the AIHubMix Web Platform and the AIHubMix API. AIHubMix provides a unified API interface for accessing multiple large AI models, allowing developers to switch among models, including OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek, Qwen, and others, without changing their code. The service includes: (1) Unified API Interface: based on the API standard format, you can switch between different large models by modifying the model name parameter, without developing separate adaptation code for each model. (2) Load Balancing: requests are automatically routed to the optimal available nodes to support service stability and response speed in high-concurrency scenarios. (3) Multi-Model Support: the service covers mainstream AI models, including the GPT, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek, and Qwen series, as well as Llama and other models. (4) Real-Time Status Monitoring: a service status page (https://status.aihubmix.com/) displays the real-time operational status of models and nodes. 2.3. Billing and Usage Management. This includes services provided through the AIHubMix Console and other channels. AIHubMix offers flexible billing methods, including pay-as-you-go and subscription plans. Key features include: (1) Usage Queries: real-time access to API call counts, token consumption, and cost details for each model. (2) Balance Management: support for various top-up methods, enabling users to manage their account balances flexibly. For clarity, all of our services are priced in US dollars. 2.4. Developer Documentation and Technical Support. We provide developer resources through the AIHubMix Documentation Center at https://docs.aihubmix.com/, including API reference documentation, integration guides, and frequently asked questions. We also provide technical support through our online support channels or by email at feedback@aihubmix.com. 3. Who May Use the Services 3.1. You may use the AIHubMix Platform only if you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and are not prohibited from receiving the services under applicable law, including laws and regulations relating to export controls and economic sanctions. 3.2. If you accept these Terms on behalf of an entity (such as your employer), you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms, in which case “you” and “your” will refer to that entity. 3.3. We do not permit the following individuals or entities to use our services:

• You have not reached the age of majority required by applicable law in your jurisdiction to access or use our services (see the “Jurisdiction-Specific Additional Terms” annex to the Privacy Policy);
• You are subject to economic, financial, trade, aviation, shipping, or other sanctions, export controls, trade embargoes, or restrictive measures implemented, administered, or enforced in any jurisdiction;
• You are designated on, or owned or controlled by a party designated on, any sanctions or restricted party list issued or maintained by a government or regulatory authority;
• You have previously violated our terms and we have prohibited you from accessing or using our services. In that case, you must obtain our consent before accessing or using our services again, and we may withhold that consent in our sole discretion.

Please note that creating an account using false information violates these Terms of Use. This includes creating an account on behalf of a child or minor, having another person top up your account to circumvent export controls, or creating an account when you are otherwise prohibited from accessing our services. If we terminate your account for violating these Terms of Use, we will, after verifying your identity, refund any unused prepaid balance less third-party payment processing fees. If your breach causes damages to AIHubMix or third parties, we reserve the right to deduct compensatory damages from your remaining balance prior to issuing any refund, and we may pursue further legal remedies if the balance is insufficient. 4. Privacy 4.1. Please review the AIHubMix Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, retain, and disclose your personal data in connection with the Services. We may issue additional privacy notices for specific features and will obtain your explicit consent where required by applicable law. 5. Account 5.1. While some features may be accessed without registration, you must create an AIHubMix account via email or a supported third-party identity provider (e.g., Google, GitHub) to use certain Services. Supported authentication methods may change over time. 5.2. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your AIHubMix account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete contact information. AIHubMix reserves the right to verify your registration details; if your information is inaccurate, outdated, or misleading, we disclaim all liability for any resulting disruption of service, and you shall bear all associated consequences. Registering an account does not guarantee access to all Services offered on the Platform. 5.3. Before requesting account cancellation, you must ensure that there are no pending obligations or unresolved issues that would prevent cancellation. You may contact feedback@aihubmix.com to request manual review of any available refund (if applicable) or to provide other lawful payment instructions. After all outstanding service fees have been settled, you may formally request account cancellation. Your account will be cancelled after our manual review is completed. 5.4. AIHubMix may terminate these Terms of Use by cancelling your account in any of the following circumstances: (1) you violate these Terms of Use or engage in malicious conduct, in which case AIHubMix may suspend or terminate the services provided to you; (2) you refuse to accept modified or updated Terms of Use, in which case AIHubMix may terminate your services; or (3) AIHubMix otherwise determines that it is necessary to terminate the provision of services. 5.5. If your AIHubMix account is cancelled, whether by you or by us, several things will happen. First, your right to use the AIHubMix account will cease immediately. Second, we will delete all data associated with your AIHubMix account or otherwise disassociate that data from you and your AIHubMix account, unless applicable law requires us to retain, return, or transfer it to you or a designated third party. 6. Account Security and Management 6.1. You must safeguard your AIHubMix account information, including your account name, password, verification codes, and other credentials. To protect your rights and interests, do not use simple passwords, such as repeated or consecutive numbers. Keep your password secure and do not disclose it to others. You are responsible for any losses caused by your failure to safeguard your password properly. Your AIHubMix account is for your personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, rented, or lent to others. If we determine that your AIHubMix account has been transferred, sold, gifted, rented, or lent, we may suspend or terminate your account without notice and without liability to you. Any resulting losses, including service interruption and deletion of user data and content, will be borne by you. 6.2. To ensure transaction security, we will verify your identity through third-party payment institutions. Relevant personal data will be collected by those third-party payment institutions. You must provide true, current, valid, and complete information as required by the third-party payment institutions and promptly update that information when it changes. You agree to bear the corresponding legal responsibilities for the information you provide in accordance with the laws and regulations of your location and these Terms of Use. 6.3. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your AIHubMix account or any other breach of account security. We will not be liable for any losses or damages you incur as a result of another person using your password or account, whether with or without your knowledge. 7. Service Fees 7.1. Certain services on the AIHubMix Platform are subject to service fees. For details, please refer to the relevant billing documentation and notices. We reserve the right to revise our fee structures or institute new charges (including charging for previously free features) at our operational discretion. We will provide advance notice of any such changes via the relevant Service pages. 8. Code of Conduct 8.1. You agree not to use the AIHubMix Platform for any illegal purpose or in any unlawful manner. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and all separate agreements, rules, and guidelines relating to the AIHubMix Platform. 8.2. You agree and warrant that you will not use the AIHubMix Platform to facilitate, assist with, or generate, upload, store, distribute, or disseminate content involving: (1) obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terrorism, or incitement of criminal acts; or (2) insults, defamation, or infringement of the legitimate rights and interests of others. You may not use the AIHubMix Platform or any content generated through it to export, re-export, transfer, or otherwise permit use by any of the following: (1) individuals or entities listed on the Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List maintained by the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), or any other prohibited or restricted party lists of applicable foreign jurisdictions, or individuals or entities owned or controlled by them; (2) individuals or entities located in or affiliated with the government of a sanctioned country or region, or individuals or entities owned or controlled by them; or (3) any prohibited end use, including: (i) military uses; (ii) rocket systems or unmanned aerial vehicles; (iii) nuclear uses; (iv) chemical, biological, or nuclear weapons uses; (v) advanced computing; and (vi) supercomputing. You agree that, without prior authorization from the relevant competent governmental authorities in accordance with applicable law, you will not directly or indirectly sell, export, re-export, transfer, divert, or otherwise dispose of the Service, User Content, or any derived products to any destination, entity, individual, or end use prohibited by the laws of Singapore or applicable foreign jurisdictions. 8.3. You agree and warrant that your use of the AIHubMix Platform is subject to these Terms of Use and applicable control measures, and that you will not engage in or facilitate any of the following activities: (1) transferring, selling, renting, lending, or sharing your AIHubMix account with others; (2) engaging in conduct that damages or attempts to damage network security, including through viruses, trojans, malicious code, phishing, malicious scanning, illegal intrusion, or unauthorized access; (3) altering or attempting to alter system configurations or undermine the security of the Platform; (4) removing copyright notices, reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Platform to discover its source code; (5) commercially copying, modifying, linking to, or creating derivative works of the Platform, or using unauthorized plugins or tools to interfere with it; (6) accessing the Platform through web crawlers or automated means in violation of our robots.txt files; (7) commercially exploiting, renting, lending, copying, or republishing Platform data or creating mirror sites; (8) engaging in malicious operations that damage Platform ratings or reviews or affect the integrity or accuracy of the Platform; (9) disrupting the operation of the Platform or the experience of other users; (10) circumventing any access restrictions; (11) infringing the intellectual property, privacy, or data protection rights of others; or (12) assisting others in violating these rules. 8.4. If we determine that your conduct violates applicable law or these Terms of Use, whether through our own review or a third-party report, we may take one or more of the following measures: (1) require you to promptly replace or modify content related to Section 8.2; (2) delete or block content related to Section 8.2 or disconnect links to such content; (3) restrict or suspend your access to our products, including by taking specific services offline or limiting your operational privileges; or (4) terminate your access to the AIHubMix Platform entirely and permanently cancel your account. 8.5. When we take measures under Section 8.4, we will provide a complaint channel and notify you by email, message, SMS, or telephone. 8.6. If your violation of applicable law or these Terms of Use causes AIHubMix, other users, or any third party to suffer losses, you will be fully responsible and liable for those losses. 9. Service Suspension and Interruption 9.1. Given the nature of network-based services, we may modify, suspend, or terminate part or all of the services on the AIHubMix Platform at any time for legitimate reasons. We will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable so that you can back up data and adjust your business to protect your lawful rights and interests. If the affected service is provided free of charge, however, we are not obligated to provide prior notice and will not be liable to you or any third party for such changes or termination. Legitimate reasons include: (1) routine or emergency maintenance, inspection, or upgrades of our systems and equipment; (2) force majeure events, including natural disasters, governmental actions, regulatory changes, strikes, riots, or pandemics; (3) underlying infrastructure failures, such as technical adjustments by telecommunications providers, cable cuts, or power outages; (4) cybersecurity incidents, including virus outbreaks, malware, or malicious hacker attacks; (5) improper operation or malfunction of your own hardware, software, or network environment; (6) unauthorized or abusive use of the AIHubMix Platform; and (7) any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control or foreseeability. 10. Service Termination 10.1. If these Terms of Use or the services of the AIHubMix Platform are terminated for any reason, including force majeure, failure to pay amounts due, or user violations, any data residing in your account or stored on our servers will be retained for a grace period of three months. You are responsible for promptly migrating and backing up your data. After the retention period expires, we will automatically delete all of your data. 10.2. You acknowledge and agree that the suspension, interruption, or termination of your AIHubMix account or services does not extinguish your prior obligations. You remain liable for any breach of contract or damages that occurred during your use of the AIHubMix Platform. 11. Limitation of Liability 11.1. In no event will we be liable for any liability arising from services provided by third-party large language models or other AI models during your use of the AIHubMix Platform; such liability will be borne by the relevant third parties. Artificial intelligence is a rapidly developing field of technology. You acknowledge and understand that you are communicating and interacting with an artificial intelligence system. Artificial intelligence systems rely on probabilistic and statistical models and may from time to time generate inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information. We disclaim all liability for any errors, omissions, misunderstandings, or damages resulting from your use of or reliance on AI-generated outputs. 11.2. We do not provide any express, implied, or statutory warranties or conditions for any user or any transaction. Before making any transaction decision, you must conduct your own due diligence, evaluate your risk tolerance, and assume full responsibility for your actions. 11.3. You access and use the AIHubMix Platform at your own risk. You understand and agree that the services on the AIHubMix Platform are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no warranties or representations, and disclaim all responsibility and liability, regarding: (1) the completeness, accuracy, availability, timeliness, security, or reliability of the AIHubMix Platform; (2) any harm to your computer system, loss of data, or other harm resulting from your access; (3) the deletion of, or failure to store or transmit, any content or other data maintained by the AIHubMix Platform; or (4) whether the AIHubMix Platform will meet your requirements or operate in an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free manner. No advice or information obtained from us will create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms of Use. 11.4. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH: (1) YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE AIHUBMIX PLATFORM; (2) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE AIHUBMIX PLATFORM, INCLUDING DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE, OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT BY OTHER USERS OR THIRD PARTIES; (3) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE AIHUBMIX PLATFORM; OR (4) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT. IN NO EVENT WILL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE SERVICE FEES YOU PAID FOR THE MONTH IN WHICH THE CLAIM AROSE. THESE LIMITATIONS APPLY TO ALL THEORIES OF LIABILITY, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, STATUTE, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHERWISE, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER WE WERE ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, AND EVEN IF A REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE. 12. Intellectual Property 12.1. We grant you a personal, worldwide, non-transferable, non-exclusive license, limited by term or usage, to use the AIHubMix Platform. The term for free products corresponds to the service provision period, and the term for paid products corresponds to the active subscription period or usage limit. The sole purpose of this license is to enable you to use and enjoy the benefits of the AIHubMix Platform services provided by us in the manner permitted by these Terms of Use. This license does not include any right to the software source code. 12.2. All intellectual property rights associated with the AIHubMix Platform, including trademarks, patents, copyrights, trade secrets, platform architecture, UI/UX design, and documentation, are exclusively owned by us or our licensors. Without our prior written consent, you may not use, modify, reproduce, publicly display, alter, distribute, or publicly release the programs or content of the AIHubMix Platform. You may not reproduce, copy, counterfeit, sell, resell, or access the AIHubMix Platform or any part of it for any commercial purpose without our express written consent. With respect to the ownership of intellectual property rights in outputs or other content generated by you through Third-Party Services, you must review and comply with the applicable user agreements, terms of use, and privacy policies between you and the relevant third-party service providers. 13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution 13.1. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, will be finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) in accordance with the SIAC rules then in effect. Those rules are deemed incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference. The seat of arbitration will be Singapore. The tribunal will consist of one (1) arbitrator. The language of the arbitration will be English. These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Singapore. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that any claim must be brought in your individual capacity and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.
