Last Updated: July 14, 2026 Welcome to the AIHubMix Asynchronous Generation Service (the “Service”) provided by AIHubMix (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “AIHubMix”). Please read these Terms of Service (these “Terms”) carefully before using the Service. These Terms describe how the Service works, how generated results are stored and made available, and certain important limitations of liability. By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. These Terms supplement the AIHubMix Terms of Use and the AIHubMix Privacy Policy. If there is any conflict between these Terms and the AIHubMix Terms of Use or the AIHubMix Privacy Policy, these Terms will govern solely with respect to the Service. If there is any conflict between these Terms and an applicable offline order or written agreement between you and AIHubMix, that offline order or written agreement will control. These Terms may be provided in multiple languages. If there is any conflict among different language versions, the English version will control.
  1. Eligibility and Preconditions
1.1. The Service is available to developers, enterprises, and individual users who have lawfully registered an AIHubMix account and wish to submit AI generation tasks that may require extended processing time, including long-form text, audio, video, or other complex content generation tasks. 1.2. Your use of the Service is subject to your compliance with the AIHubMix Terms of Use, these Terms, and all applicable laws and regulations, including laws and regulations relating to export controls, trade restrictions, and economic sanctions.
  1. Definitions
“Asynchronous Generation” means a Service feature that allows you to submit AI generation tasks that may take an extended period of time to complete, such as tasks requiring 10 to 30 minutes or longer. After a task is submitted, AIHubMix or its service providers will process the task and make the generated result available for download for a limited period of time. Unless otherwise specified, generated results will be temporarily stored for one hour after they are made available.
  1. Service Content and Usage Rules
3.1. Fees and billing. Unless otherwise specified, AIHubMix does not currently charge an additional fee for access to the Asynchronous Generation feature itself. However, your use of the underlying AI models and related services may still be subject to the applicable pricing, quota, and billing rules of AIHubMix. We reserve the right to introduce additional fees or modify the billing method for the Service in the future. If we do so, we will provide at least thirty (30) days’ advance written notice by email, in-product notification, website announcement, or other reasonable means. 3.2. To ensure data security, when you use this Service, any query of asynchronous task status and any retrieval of generated results will require verification of your API key. The API key is the sole credential for accessing the AIHubMix API service and functions similarly to a password. Please keep it secure. 3.3. Storage and Download Limitations. To maintain the security, reliability, and cost-efficiency of the Service, generated results are subject to the following storage and download limitations: 3.3.1. Storage Period. Generated results will be retained on AIHubMix servers for one hour after they are made available. After this period expired, the results will be automatically and permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. You are responsible for downloading and saving generated results within the applicable storage period. If you submit the task again after the result has expired, the new task may be billed as a separate generation request. 3.3.2. Download Limit. To help prevent abuse, unauthorized scraping, and excessive resource consumption, each generated file may be downloaded or accessed up to three (3) times during the applicable one-hour storage period. After this limit is reached, the download link or retrieval interface may become invalid. 3.4. Content Review and Enforcement. If a third-party model provider or another service provider determines that your prompts, inputs, generated content, or use of the Service may violate applicable law, regulatory requirements, these Terms, the AIHubMix Terms of Use, or any applicable third-party acceptable use policy, the relevant task may be rejected, blocked, interrupted, disabled, or removed. This may include, without limitation, content involving unlawful activity, sexual exploitation, terrorism or violent extremism, graphic violence, regulated or prohibited goods or services, or other restricted content. Depending on the nature and severity of the violation, AIHubMix may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Service or your AIHubMix account. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIHubMix will not be liable for any loss, claim, or damages arising from such enforcement actions.
  1. Limitations of Liability
4.1. You are responsible for safeguarding your API key and for all activity conducted through your API key. If generated content is accessed, obtained, disclosed, or misused as a result of your failure to properly protect your API key, you are responsible for any resulting loss, liability, or unauthorized use. 4.2. Given the probabilistic nature and objective technological limitations of artificial intelligence systems, we assume no liability for the following circumstances. 4.2.1. Extended queue times, processing delays, timeouts, or task failures caused by delays, outages, capacity constraints, or other issues involving third-party model providers or infrastructure providers. 4.2.2. Your failure to download generated results within the applicable storage period or your exceeding the applicable download limit. 4.2.3. Interception, blocking, or deletion of generated content because it fails to pass the content security and moderation mechanisms of third-party large models. 4.2.4. Transmission interruptions caused by force majeure or basic operational failures, such as node network fluctuations or optical cable faults.
  1. Data Protection
5.1. To provide the Service, third-party large models will process your prompts[1.1] and generated task result data. Where Zero Data Retention (“ZDR”) is enabled and applicable, AIHubMix will not retain prompts or generated results except for the temporary storage of generated results described in these Terms, which is used solely to make the results available for download during the applicable storage period. 5.2. For other matters concerning the collection, storage, and protection of personal data, please refer to the AIHubMix Privacy Policy. We will strictly comply with the AIHubMix Privacy Policy. We undertake that stored asynchronous generation data will be used solely to deliver the results to you. Upon expiration, the system will automatically and permanently delete the content without the possibility of recovery, and the content will not be used for other commercial purposes.
  1. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
6.1. These Terms and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of laws principles. 6.2. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, will be finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) in accordance with the SIAC rules then in effect. Those rules are deemed incorporated into these Terms by reference. The seat of arbitration will be Singapore. The tribunal will consist of one (1) arbitrator. The language of the arbitration will be English. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that any claim must be brought in your individual capacity and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.
