Audit logs help organization administrators see who acted on which resources and when. For model calls and costs, use request logs.

Find an administrative action

  1. Switch to the organization.
  2. Open Account settings → Audit logs.
  3. Use the available time, actor, resource, or action filters.
  4. Check the recorded account, workspace, target resource, and outcome.

Audit logs and request logs

Audit logs cover administrative changes, such as managing members, workspaces, and keys. Request logs cover model calls, including status, usage, cost, and latency. Start with audit logs for permission changes and request logs for failed calls. An on-screen action message does not replace the recorded audit outcome. After a resource is removed, use historical names, identifiers, and timestamps to trace the original action.

Access and troubleshooting

Organization audit logs are available to organization administrators. Regular members should ask an administrator to investigate, providing the approximate time and resource name. If a record is missing, check the organization, time range, and filters first. An empty search alone does not establish whether an action succeeded or failed.
