Auto top-up uses your saved card to buy a fixed amount of credits when your balance meets the configured low-balance condition. It follows your balance, with no fixed monthly billing date.

Configure and enable

  1. Save a card in Credits → Auto Top Up.
  2. Open the management dialog and check the payment method.
  3. Enter the balance threshold and amount to buy each time, using values allowed by the form.
  4. Enable auto top-up, select Save, and check the displayed rule and status.
For example, a 15∗∗thresholdanda∗∗15** threshold and a **50 top-up amount buys $50 in credits when triggered. The amount is the credit purchase for each recharge, not a target balance to reach. After saving a card, editing fields, or changing the switch, check the final saved state. A low-balance notification only sends a reminder; it does not buy credits.

Change or disable

Edit the rule in the management dialog and save. To disable it, turn the switch off and select Save. Your saved card remains available. Removing the card also disables auto top-up. Disabling applies to future auto top-ups. It does not automatically cancel or refund payments already initiated. See the Auto Recharge Agreement for refund conditions.

Handle payment status

Continued usage can trigger multiple fixed-amount top-ups over a period, subject to the limits shown on the page. Payment delays or failures can still leave insufficient credits, so keep enough balance for your workload. Related: Balance and billing · Notification settings Last updated: 2026-10-14
