Usage analytics shows spending and request trends. Use request logs for an individual call’s result, cost, or latency.

View usage

  1. Confirm the account. Enter a workspace to focus on one workload.
  2. Open Usage analytics or the workspace’s Usage overview.
  3. Select a time range and any available filters, such as model or API key.
  4. Review totals, trends, and breakdowns. To investigate a call, open request logs with the same conditions.
When comparing periods, check the length of each period. The selected dates and displayed time zone determine the reporting range.

Understand the metrics

A missing metric appears as -, not zero usage. Media tasks may be charged per image, per second, or in other units, so text token counts alone cannot explain every charge.

Enterprise scope

Account views show account-level data; workspace views show that workspace’s data. Administrators reviewing a member should check both the member and organization. System key requests belong to the workspace, not to the maintenance contact’s personal usage. Viewing statistics does not automatically grant access to other members’ generated content or administrative controls.

If totals differ

Align the account, workspace, dates, time zone, and filters, then refresh. A summary covers the selected scope, while the log rows currently loaded may show only part of it. If the difference remains unclear, provide specific request Tids and transaction records when contacting support.
