# Enterprise account quickstart

> Share an organization balance, organize resources into workspaces, invite members, and manage access, usage, budgets, and administrative activity.

An enterprise account lets your team share an organization balance and manage API keys, model usage, and access through workspaces. Personal and organization accounts keep their funds and resources separate.

<h2 id="get-started">
  Start collaborating
</h2>

1. Create an organization from the account menu or accept an invitation.
2. Switch to the organization and enter its default workspace.
3. An administrator invites members and grants access to additional workspaces.
4. Create an API key in a workspace, set a budget, and start making requests.
5. Review the results in [usage analytics](/en/console/usage) and [request logs](/en/console/request-logs).

| Level | What it manages |
| - | - |
| Account | Organization balance, billing, members, management keys, and aggregate usage |
| Workspace | API keys, usage, request logs, budgets, asynchronous tasks, and Broadcast |
| Signed-in user | Your personal profile and security settings |

Workspaces separate usage by team or workload. They do not have independent wallets; organization requests use the shared organization balance.

The top bar shows the current account and workspace. Check both before reviewing usage, creating a key, or changing settings.

Switching organizations does not change your signed-in identity. Your profile still belongs to you. Regular members cannot manage organization billing, members, or management keys. If access is denied, switch to an account you can use or contact an administrator.
