# Save and manage payment methods

> Save a card through Stripe for auto top-up, replace or remove it, and understand how saving a card differs from buying credits or enabling future charges.

Save a card to use with [auto top-up](/en/console/auto-top-up). You can currently manage one saved card, replacing or removing it as needed.

  Save a card
</h2>

1. In **Credits → Auto Top Up**, select **Add Payment Method** or **Save payment method**.
2. Read the authorization notice beside the button, then enter and verify your card on the Stripe page.
3. Return to the console and check the card brand and last four digits.
4. To use auto top-up, configure its rules, enable it, and save.

Saving your first card does not buy credits or enable auto top-up. Start a one-time purchase from **Add credits**.

  Replace or remove a card

| Replace the card | Verify the new card through Stripe, then check its details and your existing auto top-up settings |
| Remove the card | Confirm removal to remove the saved payment method and disable auto top-up |
| Only disable auto top-up | Turn it off in the management dialog and save; the card remains available for later use |

Replacing a card does not automatically change the saved top-up amount, threshold, or enabled state. To stop future charges, disable auto top-up and save, or remove the payment method.

  Verification and safety
</h2>

After cancellation or failed verification, check the payment method shown in the console before retrying. Do not include full card numbers, verification codes, or security codes in support tickets.

Disabling auto top-up or removing a card does not automatically cancel payments already initiated or completed. See the [Auto Recharge Agreement](https://aihubmix.com/legal/auto-recharge) for authorization details.
