# Report Feedback

> Submit a support ticket when you encounter issues. Including a Tid helps us locate your request faster.

## Form Guide

### Category

Select the option that best describes your issue. This helps route your ticket to the right team:

| Category               | Description                                                  |
| ---------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------ |
| **Latency**            | Response is noticeably slower than expected                  |
| **Incoherence**        | Model reply is confused, repetitive, or off-topic            |
| **Incorrect Response** | Reply contains factual errors or wrong information           |
| **Formatting**         | Issues with Markdown, code blocks, JSON output, etc.         |
| **Billing**            | Unexpected charges or Token usage doesn't match expectations |
| **API Error**          | Request failed, error code returned, or connection issue     |
| **Other**              | Anything not covered by the categories above                 |

### Subject

Summarize the issue in one sentence, e.g. `Claude Sonnet 4.5 returns 500 on streaming`. Max 200 characters.

### Description

The more detail you provide, the faster we can investigate. Please include:

* Model name (e.g. `claude-sonnet-4-6`, `gpt-4o`)
* Full error message or unexpected response content
* Steps to reproduce or a minimal reproducible example
* When the issue first occurred

### Tid (optional)

Tid is the unique identifier for each API request. Providing it lets us look up the exact record in our system — **highly recommended**.

**How to find your Tid:**

* **API response**: retrieve from the `request id` field in the response
* **Console**: Dashboard → [Log Detail](https://console.aihubmix.com/statistics?tab=detail), locate the relevant request to find the Tid

  Tid format example: `20260519133124...` — typically a long numeric string starting with a timestamp.
